Jennifer Mangum, Ed.S., NCSP

School Psychologist

Mrs. Mangum obtained her specialist degree in school psychology at The University of Georgia.  She is a certified school psychologist who has had five years experience in Clarke County School District, primarily serving two high schools.  Currently, she is working as the treatment psychologist for elementary-age children at Rutland Psychoeducational Services, a regional facility for students with serious emotional disorders.  Her overall experience includes working with young children, adolescents, and young adults coping with learning problems, psychological problems, ADHD, and specific learning disabilities.  She has consulted with the Regents Center for Learning Disorders at UGA to tailor evaluations to meet the State Board of Regents criteria for those students with LD or ADHD who wish to access support services in college or technical school.

Because of her experience in school settings, Mrs. Mangum recently has added academic coaching for high school and college students to the range of services she is able to provide.
